A call launched to insurance brokers and banks to fully embrace the digital revolution and make it a lever of growth and modernization for the country.
The deputy national director in charge of technological issues and IT expert at the Ministry of Finance, Ir. Digitalization has become a priority for the Congolese government, with President Félix Tshisekedi Tshilombo spearheading this transformation. By catching up, the DRC has the opportunity to align itself with international standards in terms of digitalization, thus providing its population with innovative tools to facilitate the declarations, obtaining and monitoring of insurance. Sector stakeholders are convinced that the country has the potential to bridge this digital divide and guarantee quality services to its citizens.
The meeting was also marked by the presence of J.P. Moukanda Kasonga Kalala, an expert in information systems, project management and training. His expertise reinforced the importance of digitalization as an essential vector of progress and development for the DRC, paving the way for new economic and social opportunities.
