The governor stressed that the Nasarawa State strategic plan for the future is a reaffirmation of the shared belief that the solution lies in approaches tailored to the unique reality of each state.
He also expressed regret over the disappointing ranking of the ECOWAS region in the global Human Capital Development Index but stressed that this should be a call to action for all countries and sub-national entities to rise to the challenge.
