Title: EACRF Technical Assessment Team Visits Rumangabo and Kibumba to Assess Security Situation
Introduction :
As part of the East African Community Regional Force (EACRF) mission, the Technical Assessment Team traveled to Rumangabo and Kibumba to assess the security situation in the area. Accompanied by the head of the delegation and the personal representative of the Chief of Staff of the National Defense Force of Burundi, General-Major Sibomana Ignace, the team carried out field visits in order to gather first-hand information hand. Rumangabo: a pre-cantonment site of the M23
The first stage of the visit was the locality of Rumangabo, considered to be the pre-cantonment site of the M23.
