
The Trade Union Confederation of Congo (CSC) wins the trade union elections at the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) in the Democratic Republic of Congo. With 198 votes, the CSC won 3 seats in the CNSS, followed by the National Union of Workers of Congo (UNTC) and the New Trade Union Dynamics (NDS). The CSC aims to defend the benefits and interests of CNSS workers, advocating for better working conditions and increased social protection. The CNSS plays a crucial role in social security in the DRC. Elected trade union organizations will have a three-year mandate to represent workers before the administration of the CNSS. The victory of the CSC is a sign of the will of the workers to assert their rights and defend their interests.
