Timpard Monomosi: excellence in the service of Congolese customs


Timpard Monomosi, a name that resonates in the upper echelons of Congolese customs. Former receiver at the DGDA of Kasumbalesa and current head of the Office at DGDA/Kasenga in the province of Haut-Katanga, he embodies excellence and determination. Throughout 2024, this brilliant man has been able to juggle his professional career and his studies to obtain remarkable distinctions. A graduate in Customs, Excise and International Trade as well as in Public Governance and Business Management, Timpard Monomosi has established himself as a key player in the field of customs regulation.

His thesis entitled “The greyhounds of customs revenue optimization in a financial authority: An application of the Malmquist index. Case of the General Directorate of Customs and Excise” demonstrates his expertise and his desire to actively contribute to the development of his country. As a teacher at ISC Lubumbashi since 2018, he shares his knowledge and experience with students, embodying the transmission of knowledge and values.

Beyond his academic successes, Timpard Monomosi is also a family man, married and father of two children.
