In an interview with Al-Ghad TV, Abu-Safiya stressed that Israeli authorities demanded the immediate evacuation of the hospital, leaving patients and the wounded in a critical situation. Unfortunately, the hospital administration is unable to transfer patients due to the lack of safe transportation and ambulances.
Marwan al-Hams, director of Gaza’s field hospitals, stressed the importance of protecting Kamal Adwan Hospital and called for an immediate withdrawal of Israeli forces from its surroundings. He said that the resources needed to transfer patients to the Indonesian hospital are seriously lacking.
