Closing of training on the fundamentals of entrepreneurship highlights the importance of the business model for entrepreneurs in Kinshasa


Kinshasa, November 10, 2024 (ACP) – The closing of the training on the fundamentals of entrepreneurship organized by the National Agency for the Development of Entrepreneurship (Anadec) in Kinshasa was marked by in-depth discussions on the business model. This key element generated keen interest among the business idea holders present at this training event.

Papy Mulumba, trainer and head of support services at Anadec, stressed the importance of the business model as a tool enabling entrepreneurs to structure their projects. He highlighted the essential elements such as key partnerships, the necessary resources and the strategy to adopt to achieve the set objectives. According to him, this approach also prepares the basis for the development of a solid business plan.

At the same time, Jean-Philippe Kobo Longo, training director at Anadec, stressed the importance of a practical approach in the entrepreneurship process. He encouraged idea holders to conduct field investigations, study the needs of potential clients and formalize the creation of their business in a rigorous manner.

This training session was praised by the participants, including Peter Makanda, who expressed his satisfaction with the lessons received. For him, this training allowed him to emerge from ignorance and better understand the steps necessary to ensure the success of his business.
