The third edition of the “Excellentia Lualaba Bora” scholarship program launched by Denise Nyakeru Tshisekedi in Kolwezi has generated great excitement among young Congolese graduates. This year’s edition saw the participation of 547 young finalists of the State Examination, selected for their exceptional performance with a minimum score of 70%. These candidates, who came from different regions of Lualaba, competed in ambition and determination throughout the selection process.
