Fatshimetrie, November 2, 2024 (ACP) – The courageous initiative of the Deputy Minister of National Defense of the Democratic Republic of Congo to establish a direct dialogue with the leaders of local armed groups in the Ituri province has elicited positive reactions, notably from a young entrepreneur engaged in the region, Benjamin Liringa Koli.
During an audience granted in Kinshasa, Benjamin Liringa Koli expressed his support and encouragement for this approach aimed at raising awareness and bringing disruptive elements back to the path of peace and reconstruction.
