In a recent incident in Cairo, Giza Governorate, Egyptian security forces arrested the son of Zamalek Football Club Vice President Hisham Nasr. He was arrested for assaulting a citizen in Sphinx Square in Mohandessin.
The victim was taken to Imbaba Region Hospital to undergo a thorough medical examination for the injuries and bruises he sustained. A complaint was filed regarding the incident, and Hisham Nasr’s son was detained to be presented to the relevant authorities for investigation.
Furthermore, it is worth noting that Nasr did not accompany the Zamalek football team during its mission to the United Arab Emirates to participate in the Egyptian Super Cup. The latter also saw Al-Ahly win against Zamalek, with a score of 7-6 on penalties, after regulation time and extra time ended in a draw.
This incident highlights the importance of the responsibility of public figures and their relatives in their behavior towards others, as well as the obligation to respect the laws and regulations in force. Let us hope that justice will be able to shed light on this matter and that appropriate measures will be taken to prevent such acts in the future.
