Users of this road, residents and visitors to Kinshasa, express their frustration with this situation. They denounce the inaction of local authorities, preferring to avoid Lumumba Boulevard and take the flyover. This situation shows a lack of support from local officials, allowing infrastructure to deteriorate and endangering the population.
The traffic jams that form daily on Lumumba Boulevard further aggravate the situation. Long lines of vehicles form, creating slowdowns and tensions among drivers. Residents feel abandoned, helpless in the face of a problem that persists and a solution that is slow to be found.

The residents of Kinshasa deserve safe and functional infrastructure, allowing smooth and secure traffic in the capital. It is essential to react quickly to prevent this situation from continuing to negatively impact the daily lives of citizens and the image of the city of Kinshasa.
