Fatshimetrie, a renowned online media outlet, recently covered a major political event in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Indeed, a political party in that country, the Alliance of Progressives Congolese (ACP), organized a day of reflection in Kinkole, in eastern Kinshasa, bringing together its board members. The objective of this meeting was to carry out a moral rearmament and to reinvigorate the activities of the party.
Hervé Ngiabo Bisa, second vice-president of the ACP, expressed the party’s desire to reaffirm its support for President Félix Tshisekedi and its commitment to progressive ideals. This day of reflection was an opportunity for the board members to take stock of past elections, identify areas for improvement and prepare for future elections.
With 10 deputies in the Provincial Assembly of the city of Kinshasa and around ten national deputies, the ACP intends to play a major role in defending the interests of the Congolese people. The party, whose moral authority is Senator Gentiny Ngobila, former governor of Kinshasa, defends the values of freedom, justice and work, while advocating a reformist and progressive political position.
The mobilization of activists around their moral authority, even in his absence in France, demonstrates the solidarity and determination of ACP members to work for the success of the party and the realization of its ideals. This day of reflection was therefore of capital importance for the future of the party, marking a new stage in its political approach and its commitment to the Congolese people.
Ultimately, this meeting in Kinkole allowed the ACP to reaffirm its presence on the Congolese political scene, mobilize its troops and actively prepare for the challenges to come. In a complex and changing political context, the unity and determination displayed by the party are major assets for facing future political challenges and defending the interests of Congolese citizens.
