Despite these reprehensible actions, Firmin Mvonde affirms the determination of the public prosecutor to continue its mission of repressing offenses, without weakening.

The reaction of the Minister of Justice, Constant Mutamba, to this situation is measured but firm. He states that conditional releases are part of the regularization of prisons, in accordance with the new prison law.
