This approach, supported by President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and the government, translates into an envelope of 50 billion Egyptian pounds allocated to the expansion of the number of hotel rooms in order to accommodate the 30 million tourists expected by 2028.
The outlook for the future looks promising, with an estimate of more than 18 million tourists expected for the 2025 season.
