In Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo, the fifth edition of the prestigious International Women’s Forum will be held from November 28 to 30. This event, which will bring together more than 500 women, constitutes a real bridge between the feminine gender and the technological advances of AI.
The theme chosen for this edition, “Women and Artificial Intelligence: The Challenges of the Future”, resonates as a response to the challenges that women face on a daily basis in our societies. Gisèle Katal, the manager of GIKA Corporation, underlines the importance of this event by stating that many women politicians, civil society and leaders have difficulty appropriating the technological tools that could make their lives easier.
