During the event, participants were encouraged to continue learning and cultivate an analytical mindset to succeed in the world of entrepreneurship.
Ms. Varlette Mampasi, a personal development and professional integration coach, emphasized the crucial role of continuous learning even after completing university studies. According to her, reading and writing are effective ways to maintain sharp mental faculties, which are essential for success in the entrepreneurial world.
During the training, Ms. Mampasi also shared three key steps to help entrepreneurs make meaningful changes. The first step, dependence, is about taking charge of your life to move forward. The second step, independence, encourages you to change your thoughts and make your own decisions to take action. Finally, the third step, interdependence, highlights the power of teamwork to amplify individual success.
During this event, seven habits were mentioned as essential keys to success in entrepreneurship. These include making your own choices, defining your goals, prioritizing, encouraging mutual aid and sharing, developing strategic alliances, and pursuing constant personal development to achieve inner success.
In addition, Ms. Mampasi was awarded the “Cour des grands awards” of meritocracy by the Congolese Press Union in South Africa for her contributions to the emancipation of Congolese youth. Her commitment to the development of young people and individuals of all ages through her organization, “educonnect”, was recognized for its positive impact on society.
