The young hopefuls of Congolese football are preparing to take up the challenge of the U20 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. The DRC U20 Junior Leopards are preparing seriously and with determination to face their opponents in this crucial competition that will begin on September 21 in Brazzaville.

For several weeks, the players have followed an intensive preparation program, combining advanced training courses and rigorous training. Under the wise direction of Guy Bukasa, the technical staff has carefully selected a group of 24 promising talents, 22 of whom have already met in Kinshasa to finalize the last adjustments before kick-off.

The objective of the U20 Junior Leopards is clear: to return to the final phase of the U20 AFCON and shine on the continental stage. Since their last participation in 2013, the Congolese team has had great ambitions and intends to qualify among the top two in the group to access the coveted competition.

Despite the constraints of the international calendar, the coach had to deal with a mainly local squad. Players from clubs involved in African competitions are mobilized to support their teammates and bring their valuable experience to the team.

In Group A, the DRC U20 Leopards will face formidable opponents such as Congo-Brazzaville, Chad and Equatorial Guinea. The competition promises to be intense and full of surprises, but the young Congolese are ready to give their all on the pitch to defend the colors of their country and achieve their ultimate goal.

The fans are eager to see their young prodigies in action and to encourage them throughout this sporting adventure. The U20 AFCON qualifiers promise great emotions and great football moments, with the DRC U20 Junior Leopards ready to write a new page in their history in the African football landscape.
