The political party Alliance for Change (APC) recently issued a troubling warning about a possible attempt to physically eliminate its president, Jean-Marc Kabund. In this tense context, leading political figures such as Moïse Katumbi, Martin Fayulu, Denis Mukwege, Matata Ponyo and Claudel André Lubaya denounce the government’s indifference to the inhumane conditions in prisons and demand that justice be done.
