Fatshimetrie – A Mysterious Disappearance: The Appeal for Help of Mr Eddy Megwa, Director of Information and Public Relations of the NYSC
In a statement issued this Friday in Abuja, Mr Eddy Megwa, Director of Information and Public Relations of the NYSC, appealed for help following the disappearance of the NYSC Akwa-Ibom State Coordinator, Mr Okun Christopher, and his driver, Mr Daniel Asibong. The two men went missing while travelling to Uyo, Akwa-Ibom State, on the Onitsha-Owerri expressway.
According to the statement, Mr Okun Christopher and Mr Daniel Asibong were travelling in a white Hilux official vehicle, registration number 27D31FG, when they were last in contact. The NYSC therefore calls for the collaboration of all to support the efforts of the security agencies in the search and rescue of the two missing NYSC officials.
Mr. Megwa also called on anyone with useful information regarding their whereabouts to contact the police authorities in Anambra and Imo. This matter is of great concern to the NYSC and the cooperation of all is crucial to find the State Coordinator and his driver.
