Kinshasa, August 15, 2024 (Fatshimetrie) – Congolese youth, represented by students from Reverend Kim University in Kinshasa, were recently at the heart of an inspiring conference on the crucial issues of peace, security and change mentality for the development of the nation. During this very important event, influential personalities such as honorary constitutional judge Noël Kilomba Ngozi Mala, lawyer Arsène Katolo, and national deputy Pierre Célestin Mbodina Iribi shared strong and mobilizing messages to the attention younger generations.
Judge Noël Kilomba stressed the importance of embodying solid values to support the evolution of the country. He encouraged students to position themselves as vectors of these values, highlighting the youth of the nation and its institutions as a determining factor for their commitment.
For his part, Me Arsène Katolo highlighted the concept of life as being the fruit of a social contract between the people and the State. It crystallized the desire of Congolese youth to play an essential role in the transformation of society and the creation of a better future for all.
By emphasizing education, entrepreneurship, and sport as essential levers of progress, this conference was able to highlight the keys to positive and sustainable development. She reminded everyone of the need to act collectively to build a safer and more prosperous future for all citizens of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
