Indeed, according to checks carried out, the post in question encouraged users to answer a questionnaire in exchange for tempting gifts. However, to access the questionnaire, it was necessary to share the link with five different platforms and invite fifteen friends to participate. This convoluted process highlighted the dubious practices behind this tempting offer.

It is essential to raise public awareness about the risks associated with such online scams. These fake contests and promotional offers are often used by malicious individuals to fraudulently collect personal data or spread malware.

It is therefore essential for everyone to remain vigilant and not give in to the sirens of these online scam attempts. Caution and checking the source of information before sharing or participating in online contests are essential reflexes to protect yourself against this type of scam.
