The Confederation of African Football (Caf) recently announced the holding of its next general assembly in Kinshasa, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Scheduled for Thursday October 10, 2024, this meeting promises to be an important moment for football on the African continent.
During the Caf executive committee meeting, chaired by Patrice Motsepe, it was also decided to announce the dates of the men’s and women’s Africa Cup of Nations for the coming years. The next edition of the men’s Can will be held in Morocco, with the opening match scheduled for Sunday December 21, 2025 and the final scheduled for Sunday January 18, 2026. Likewise, the women’s Can, also organized in Morocco, will start on Saturday July 5, 2025 to close on Saturday July 26, 2025.
