**A New Chapter within the Congolese Government**
In a recent political development within the Congolese government, significant changes could be made. According to credible sources, a modification must take place to include a previously forgotten ministerial post, specifically dedicated to the province of Maniema. This decision follows the absence of representatives from this region within the national executive.
There is talk, according to these same sources, of the creation of a Ministry of Relations with Parliament assigned to the province of Maniema. This announcement comes after a period where the nationals of this province, in particular the national deputies, expressed their dissatisfaction with the absence of their government representation.
The President of the Republic, Félix Tshisekedi, was approached on this issue by the inhabitants of Maniema who relied on his wisdom. The need for this new ministerial inclusion appeared as a response to a need for more equitable representation within the government.
The new government, announced on May 29 and made up of 54 members, will be officially inaugurated in the coming days, between June 10 and 11, as stated by Vital Kamerhe, president of the lower house of Parliament. This step marks a new phase in the composition of the Congolese executive, and suggests a strengthening of the participation of the different regions of the country within the government apparatus.
This political development demonstrates the government’s desire to ensure diverse and balanced representation, as well as to listen to the expectations and legitimate demands of the different regions of Congo. It also reflects President Tshisekedi’s ability to respond to the concerns of his fellow citizens and to work for inclusive and transparent governance.
In short, this new era for the Congolese government opens the way to a future where each region of the country will be able to fully express its needs and aspirations through adequate political representation.
