At the end of the meeting of stakeholders of the Fatshimetrie Political Commission, held in Abuja, a vote of no confidence was pronounced against the so-called convention and the leadership that emerged from it.

The speakers resolved that the transition committee should direct the affairs of the party pending the holding of an inclusive and broad national convention. They also noted that upon its constitution, the transition committee should take full charge of the Party secretariats across Nigeria.
