It is with this in mind that the NGO Bukavu for Bukavu (BforB) recently organized an academic seminar at the Official University of Bukavu (UOB) to sensitize students to the importance of professionalism in the design of their application files. . Thanks to the intervention of Irenge Baganda Ibag-Negro, young people were able to understand the importance of taking care of their professional image by using tools such as LinkedIn, Canva and other digital applications.
By participating in this training, students had the opportunity to learn valuable skills for their future careers. Joseph Lubunga, an organizational communications student, highlights the value of preparing students to enter the world of work today, by helping them write impactful CVs and convincing cover letters.
