“A harmonization of therapeutic protocols crucial for the health of DGDA executives and agents”

The harmonization of therapeutic protocols of medical centers within the General Directorate of Customs and Excise (DGDA) is a crucial issue to guarantee the health of executives and agents of this public company. Indeed, a healthy body is essential to ensure proper collection of public revenues, which are essential to the functioning of the Congolese state.

It is with this in mind that the harmonization work began this Tuesday, February 13, under the leadership of Jean-Claude Kalenga, representative of the DG of customs and excise. He underlined the importance of supporting and assisting DGDA officials in this process, in order to ensure the health of all agents, regardless of their place of assignment.

The deputy assistant director in charge of administration and finances of the Kinshasa medical center also took the floor to highlight the services offered by this medical training. She particularly stressed that this was not budget-intensive, but on the contrary helped to reduce expenses linked to the health of agents. It is therefore a double dynamic: guaranteeing the health of agents while rationalizing costs for the company.

This forum for harmonization of therapeutic protocols will be held until February 21. Its main objective is to mobilize the revenue necessary to support the Congolese state budget and thus contribute to the development and economic and social stability of the country.

This initiative should be welcomed, which places people at the center of DGDA governance. By ensuring the health of its agents, the public company sets an example of responsible management concerned with the well-being of its employees. This global approach to health constitutes real added value and should be encouraged within all sectors of Congolese customs.

In conclusion, the harmonization of therapeutic protocols within the DGDA is an important step towards better medical care for executives and agents of this public company. By guaranteeing their health, we contribute not only to their personal well-being, but also to the generation of public revenues which are vital for the functioning of the State. This initiative deserves to be welcomed and encouraged as part of effective and responsible management of human resources.
