Many personalities, including the former president of Cape Verde, Jorge Carlos de Almeida da Fonseca, also took part in the event.

On the program for these meetings, several round tables and workshops will address subjects such as the place and role of the media in times of war, as well as the reconciliation between press freedom and responsibility.
