“The Electoral Observation Mission welcomes the transparency and integrity of the elections in the DRC”

The Electoral Observation Mission of the National Youth Council (MOE-CNJ) recently published a press release in which it expressed its satisfaction with the transparency and integrity of the recent electoral cycle in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
