The AME also urged drivers to exercise caution and avoid driving in the rain unless absolutely necessary, obey speed limits, use their windshield wipers and maintain a safe distance from other vehicles.

The satellites also monitored wind activity in the areas of Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, Western Coasts, South Sinai and Northern Upper Egypt.
