The President of the Republic, Félix Tshisekedi, is dynamically continuing his electoral campaign in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Accompanied by the first lady, Denise Nyakeru Tshisekedi, the candidate for re-election traveled to the regions of Isiro in Haut-Uélé and Aru in Ituri to share his results and mobilize his supporters.
In his speeches, Félix Tshisekedi highlighted the achievements of his first mandate, notably the establishment of free education, universal health coverage with free maternity and the local development program in 145 territories. He also spoke of the demolition of the FCC-CACH coalition which, according to him, was an obstacle to the development of the country.
The mobilization of the population during the meetings of candidate number 20 demonstrates the enthusiasm and support of voters. In Isiro and Aru, crowds gave the outgoing president a standing ovation, expressing confidence in his plans and leadership.
Félix Tshisekedi’s electoral campaign is supported by many members of the Sacred Union of the Nation, as well as by his campaign director, Jacquemain Shabani Lukoo.
This journey across the country allows Félix Tshisekedi to reach the different regions and consolidate his electorate in view of the election of December 20, 2023. His supporters are confident about obtaining a second mandate, in order to be able to continue the projects initiated and to continue to raise the Democratic Republic of Congo among the great nations.
Félix Tshisekedi’s electoral campaign continues to arouse enthusiasm and hope among the Congolese, who see in him a leader capable of leading the country towards a better future. The mobilization of its electorate is a strong indicator of its popularity and its capacity to bring together the country’s strengths to continue development and consolidation of achievements.
What does the future hold for Félix Tshisekedi and the Democratic Republic of Congo? Voters will soon have the answer, but one thing is certain, the momentum of his campaign and his record will be determining factors in the race for president.
