Martin Fayulu campaigning in the DRC: promises of change and criticism of his rival

Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) presidential candidate Martin Fayulu recently visited Goma, North Kivu province, as part of his election campaign. This visit marks the eleventh day of his campaign, during which he seeks to convince voters of his political program and his commitment to the country.

Martin Fayulu took the opportunity to criticize Félix Tshisekedi, another presidential candidate, accusing him of colluding with former President Joseph Kabila and Rwandan President Paul Kagame in stealing votes in previous elections. He told the crowd in Goma: “Félix Tshisekedi stole your power and we cannot accept traitors in this country.”

During his tour in the eastern part of the country, Martin Fayulu also visited cities such as Butembo, Bunia, Beni, and Oicha. He promised to fight against the balkanization of Congo in this region, a threat that has been looming for many years. He also promised to strengthen the army and the police in order to guarantee security in the region, in particular through the installation of alert brigades.

In other parts of the country, Martin Fayulu has promised to restore real state management. He promised to create jobs for young people, rehabilitate roads, pay civil servants and provide electricity. He also mentioned the construction of a stadium in certain regions.

Alongside his electoral campaign, Martin Fayulu also engaged in legal action. He filed a complaint against the president of the Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Interior, accusing them of not having respected the electoral law.

In his political program, Martin Fayulu emphasizes six priority areas: education, agriculture, social affairs, infrastructure, entrepreneurship and ecology. He plans to allocate 20% of the national budget to education in order to guarantee a better future for young Congolese.

Martin Fayulu’s electoral campaign continues with determination, with the aim of convincing voters of his ability to bring positive change to Congo. He appeals to patriotism, competence and experience to solve the country’s problems and ensure a better future for all Congolese.
