Enoch Ngila proposes reducing the number of provinces in the DRC to revive the country

Enoch Ngila, candidate president of the Democratic Republic of Congo, makes a bold proposal as part of his social project: reducing the number of provinces from 26 to 11. According to him, the current division of provinces has been more problematic than beneficial for the country.

Ngila emphasizes that this division resulted in considerable costs for the budget of the Democratic Republic of Congo. In addition, it calls into question the effectiveness of the Provincial Assemblies, whose results would be largely negative across the country.

In his desire to meet the expectations of the Congolese, Ngila promises to pay a bonus of $500 to the last teacher and the last policeman or soldier, if he is elected president. He affirms that the Congolese are tired of suffering and that they aspire to profound change, a change that he believes he can embody.

Ngila thus represents a new and engaged voice in the Congolese political scene. His proposal to reduce the number of provinces and support teachers and law enforcement highlights essential issues for the country’s development.
