For more than ten years, the non-profit organization Les Amis des bonobos du Congo (ABC) has been carrying out crucial work in Kinshasa, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Within their sanctuary called Lola Ya Bonobo, this organization is involved in the rehabilitation of baby bonobos victims of poaching. Thanks to veterinary care and habilitation, these primates are then reintroduced into their natural environment, in Bikoro, in the province of Équateur.
