Life in French-speaking Africa is a subject of great richness and diversity. Different cities like Abidjan, Dakar, Kinshasa, Libreville, Lagos, Conakry, Bujumbura, Yaoundé, Bukavu, N’Djamena or Lomé are full of fascinating stories, cultural events and inspiring initiatives. Every day, the inhabitants of these cities live unique experiences and share their vision of the world through vibrant chronicles.
Unfortunately, all good things come to an end. After five years of daily sharing on RFI, the program “La Vieici” will end on October 26. We will miss this morning meeting, which brought us its share of flavors, readings, music, initiatives and moments of humor. The various contributors were able to transport us into their daily lives, offering us an authentic and captivating insight into African life.
Whether in the studio or remotely, these columnists were able to create a connection with listeners, allowing us to explore these fascinating cities through their eyes. Their hard work and passion for their country have helped to nourish our curiosity and enrich our understanding of African reality.
We would like to express our deep gratitude to all these talented contributors who shared their experiences with us, whether through virtual or real meetings. Their commitment and dedication have been an inspiration to many listeners.
Although “La Vie ici” stops on RFI, the chronicles remain available for replay on the radio website and on the Pure radio application. It is an opportunity to dive back into these precious moments, to savor them again and to continue to discover the richness of French-speaking Africa.
We hope that this is just a goodbye and that new encounters and new initiatives will enrich our knowledge of these cities and life in French-speaking Africa. We remain eager to see what the future holds and continue our journey through the different realities of this vibrant continent.
In the meantime, we encourage you to dive back into these chronicles and let yourself be carried away by the magic of life in French-speaking Africa. Stay tuned, new stories and new discoveries are coming.
