The new Director General of the Stamping Control and Surveillance Agency of Kongo Central province, Pascal Muyilulu Koka-dia-Nzambi, was recently appointed to this position by the provincial Governor, Guz Mbadu Ndungidi. This appointment is greeted with enthusiasm by the local population, who consider that the choice of the governor is wise.
Pascal Muyilulu is known for his long and extensive experience in the Kongo Central province, where he worked for many years.
