Justice is there in the province of Maniema with the renewal of the oath of Epeki Monga Daniel, 1st President of the Court of Appeal, and Osikambile Didier, Prosecutor General. This Wednesday, October 11, 2023, the two magistrates reaffirmed their commitment to serving justice and fighting against the different forms of delinquency plaguing the region.
In their speeches, the Attorney General highlighted his desire to fight crime, corruption and human rights violations. After the swearing-in, Epeki Monga Daniel and Osikambile Didier presented two themes during their presentations: “The role of the Public Prosecutor’s Office in the electoral process” and “Why the renewal of the oath?”. These subjects highlighted the importance of the Public Prosecutor’s Office in preserving the integrity of the electoral process and the need to regularly renew the oath to testify to the perseverance and dedication of magistrates to their mission.
