New Director General of ACSE of Kongo Central: An appointment welcomed by the population
The province of Kongo Central is pleased to welcome at the head of the Stamping Control and Surveillance Agency (ACSE) its new Director General, Maître Muyilulu Koka-dia-Nzambi Pascal-Daddy. His appointment, made official by Order No. 090/BIS/CAB.GOUV./KC/096/2023 of October 10, 2023, was greeted with enthusiasm by the population.
Master Pascal Muyilulu is a worthy son of the Kongo Central province, with long and great experience in the region. His in-depth knowledge of the province, acquired over the years, as well as his moral integrity and intelligence, make him the ideal choice to lead this structure competently.
This appointment was warmly applauded by the local population, who see in Master Muyilulu the capacity to effectively manage ACSE and contribute to the development of the province. Many residents, on condition of anonymity, expressed their confidence in the new Director General and underlined the importance of his expertise in the management of complex files linked to the province.
The new General Director will be accompanied in his functions by a Deputy General Director, in the person of Mr. Wampuna Nsosani.
The main mission of ACSE is to supervise and control stampings in the Kongo Central province. The precise details of its responsibilities will be communicated later, in order to allow the population to better understand the role and importance of this structure for the province.
