“Corneille Nangaa denounces Félix Tshisekedi: How far will this explosive political affair in the Democratic Republic of Congo go?”

How far will Corneille Nangaa, former president of the CENI, go with his statements against the Head of State, Félix Tshisekedi? On the run, Nangaa continues to rise to the occasion to accuse the President of the Republic of deliberately violating his constitutional oath and covering himself with indignity.

In a letter addressed to the Head of State, Nangaa affirms that the declarations of Félix Tshisekedi during his visit to Brussels, where he declared that he will not hesitate to crush those who play with the security of the country, are devastating on the constitutional level and explosive for citizens.

The former president of the CENI accuses President Tshisekedi of crushing the Congolese people with his aggressive rhetoric and of considering them as walking creatures. He claims that the President is a formidable massacrer and a passionate criminal, threatening the lives of the Congolese and compromising the unity, stability and progress of the country.

Nangaa lists various accusations against President Tshisekedi, ranging from demagoguery to immoral lust, including embezzlement of public funds and budget overruns. He also denounces tribalism and the crucifixion of the electoral process, referring to the RAM fraud which he describes as an open-air robbery orchestrated by the President and his family.

Faced with these repeated declarations from the Head of State, Corneille Nangaa calls on Félix Tshisekedi to show wisdom.

This situation obviously gives rise to reactions and debates within the Congolese population and the political class. Some support Nangaa’s accusations, believing that President Tshisekedi exercises authoritarian power and endangers the rights and freedoms of the Congolese people. Others, however, see these accusations as political maneuvers aimed at discrediting the President and creating tensions within the country.

It is important to note that these statements and accusations should be taken with a grain of salt, as they are partisan and subjective views. It is essential to analyze the facts and listen to all parties involved before forming an informed opinion.

The Corneille Nangaa case against Félix Tshisekedi therefore remains to be followed closely, because it reveals the tensions and divisions that persist within the Congolese political scene.
