The partnership between the municipality of Mont-Ngafula in Kinshasa and that of Waremme in Belgium was recently concretized by the signing of an agreement. This agreement aims to modernize the infrastructure of the Mont-Ngafula municipal house and improve services intended for the population.
The signing ceremony took place in the presence of the provincial Minister of the Interior, Security and Justice as well as representatives of the two municipalities. The Belgian delegation also had the opportunity to visit the civil registry offices located in the different districts of Mont-Ngafula, as well as schools, universities and tourist sites.
