However, recently, state and non-state actors came together during a major dialogue on security governance in Beni, and expressed their commitment to restoring peace in their living environment. During the major dialogue, pressure groups, citizen movements and youth structures made a commitment to act in compliance with the laws of the Republic and to actively participate in the restoration of peace.
