Non-tax revenue, under the management of the General Directorate of Administrative, State and Participation Revenue (DGRAD), reached 195.1 billion Congolese Francs (CDF).

These figures reflect the Congolese government’s efforts to manage public finances and mobilize the revenue necessary for the proper functioning of the state. However, it is important to ensure effective and transparent use of these funds to ensure their real impact on the development of the country.

In conclusion, the monthly expenditures of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo in August 2023 were significant, with particular attention paid to current expenditures, the remuneration of civil servants and subsidies.
