“Philanthropist Jean-Claude Mukanya Cibumba and his FJCM Foundation: Concrete actions for a better future in Mbuji-Mayi”

Philanthropist Jean-Claude Mukanya Cibumba and his FJCM Foundation recently carried out several social and humanitarian actions in Mbuji-Mayi, in the province of Kasai Oriental in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Their objective is to offer a better future to the youth of this region.

As part of the 2023-2024 school year, the FJCM has mobilized to help parents by distributing school supplies. Students from the “Kristo Mfumu” and “Mpokolo” schools in Mbuji-Mayi received a large batch of benches.

The Foundation also supported young people in the sports field by offering several balls and 12 jersey kits to teams and associations of referees in Mbuji-Mayi.

In addition to these actions, Jean-Claude Mukanya donated a 3 KVA generator and 300 bags of cement to several churches in the region. He promised to continue to carry out other surprise actions in the days to come, with the aim of contributing positively to the development of Mbuji-Mayi and its inhabitants.

It is important to emphasize that Jean-Claude Mukanya is a candidate for national deputy in the constituency of Mbuji-Mayi. He has an impressive academic background, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UNIKIN, a Master’s degree in Insurance and Banking from UPC-KINSHASA, as well as an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa in Canada. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in Administration Sciences at Laval University in Canada. In addition to his academic skills, he is also an expert in governance and strategic planning, and holds the position of assistant to the director of cabinet of the President of the Republic. He has been a member of the UDPS since 1999.

The actions undertaken by Jean-Claude Mukanya and his FJCM Foundation demonstrate their commitment to the community and their desire to create an environment conducive to the development of young people in Mbuji-Mayi. By supporting education, sports and various religious institutions, they actively contribute to improving living conditions in this part of the country. These are concrete examples of philanthropy and solidarity that deserve to be welcomed and supported.
