The approved schools of the Bon Nouveau Message Church (EBNM) in the commune of Kisenso, Kinshasa, recently received a much appreciated donation of office supplies and educational materials. This donation was made by Master Franck Mpinda Kabangu, through the Non-Governmental Development Organization, called “Belles Oeuvres de soutien” (ONGD BOS).
The official presentation of this donation took place on Saturday, September 02, 2023, at the Dokolo Ngoma Institute, located in the parish of June 30, in the Liberation district. The schools benefiting from this donation are the Dokolo Ngoma Institute, the Nsakala Institute, the Dizolele Institute, the E.P Tutuma and the E.P Kcc.
Supplies provided include class journals, prep books, register books, boxes of chalk, pens, and more. Each headteacher received a sample of the supplies at the handover ceremony.
In addition to school supplies, the ONGD BOS also donated five bags of cement to the June 30 parish, which houses the Dizolele Institute and the E.P Kcc. This parish also hosts the activities of the ONGD, in particular a Computer and Tailoring Training Center intended to supervise young people.
The handover ceremony was marked by the presence of several personalities, including the Reverend Deputy Provincial Apostle of the EBNM city of Kinshasa, the Secretary of the Coordination of EC / EBNM, and the Strategic Advisor representing Master Franck Mpinda Kabangu.
The NGDO BOS, through this action, wishes to raise awareness among the population of Kisenso of the importance of its organization in the development of young people. The objective is to offer them a framework that prepares them for self-care, with the aim of a better future.
This event was also an opportunity to highlight the actions carried out by the NGDO BOS thanks to the financial support of Maître Franck Mpinda Kabangu. In addition to school supplies, the NGO has in particular provided support to widowed mothers and state-certified students from the 2023 edition.
The ceremony began with a biblical meditation based on a passage from Psalm 127:1, highlighting the importance of divine intervention in the success of any project. The speakers underlined the good collaboration between the NGDO BOS, the EBNM community and Master Franck Mpinda Kabangu for the development of the commune of Kisenso.
By concluding this ceremony, the handing over of school supplies and educational documents to EBNM/Kisenso schools marks a significant step forward in improving the learning conditions of students in this municipality. We hope that these actions will contribute to their growth and future success.
