Recent articles on the Cas-Info blog highlight the challenges facing youth in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Hervé Tansia Wa Ntumba, a youth leader and coach, has developed a youth recovery plan to address the ills affecting this population.

These pillars include agriculture and rurality, juvenile delinquency and moral depravity, youth development and gender, culture and new citizenship, and partnership for development.
The objective of this plan is to strengthen the institutional, technical and operational capacities of Congolese youth. Hervé Tansia is convinced that putting this plan into practice will make it possible to create a more beautiful Congo than before.
It is worth underlining the experience and expertise of Hervé Tansia in the field of youth. Former collaborator of Mrs. Chantal Mulop, adviser to the Head of State on youth, gender and human trafficking, he was also adviser to the Minister of Youth, INC and CN, Yves Bunkulu Zola.
