Bralima reaffirms its commitment to the application of the law on subcontracting during the visit of the DG of the ARSP.

La Bralima, a Congolese brewery producing beer and soft drinks for more than 100 years, received a visit from the director general of the regulatory authority for subcontracting in the private sector, Miguel Kashal Katemb, as part of a control mission on the application of the law on subcontracting in different sectors of the national economy in the DRC.

During this visit, the management of Bralima explained the production circuit of its wide variety of products and reaffirmed its desire to strictly apply the law on subcontracting, in accordance with the partnership signed between the Federation of Enterprises du Congo (FEC) and the ARSP.

“We Bralima, as a member of the FEC, are very happy to receive the Director General of the ARSP with his delegation. We had a very good meeting and discussions around the implementation of the law on subcontracting”, declared the director general of Bralima, Victor Madiela.

He also insisted that Bralima intends to be a model to uphold this law and apply it without hesitation, thus highlighting its commitment to the government’s poverty reduction goals in the DRC.

This visit therefore testifies to the importance that Congolese economic actors attach to the application of the laws in force for a sustainable and responsible economic development of the country.
