The Lionesses of Teranga won the final of the women’s basketball tournament at the Jeux de la Francophonie with flying colors. Opposed to the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon, the Senegalese tamed their opponents by scoring 78 baskets against 54. This great victory earned them the gold medal of the competition.
