Jean Mabi, Director General of the Central Coordination Office (BCeCo), is currently on an inspection mission in Mbuji-Maji in Kasaï-Oriental. This mission aims to assess the various projects opened within the framework of the Local Development Program at the base of 145 territories (PDL-145T). The Congolese government has selected the BCeCo as one of the bodies responsible for implementing this ambitious program.
As soon as he arrived in Mbuji-Maji, Jean Mabi wasted no time and began a series of inspection visits to the works in progress. His first stop took him to Bakwa Tshibuyi, in the Kabala sector, Lupata pata territory, where he was able to see the progress of work on a brand new health centre. He then went to Miabi, where the construction of a new administrative building is well underway, with only the roof remaining to be finalized.
This inspection mission continues this Sunday with visits planned to KABEYA Kamuanga, Boya and Tshilenge. Jean Mabi, while being fully committed to the vision of the President of the Republic, Félix Tshisekedi, wishes to carry out the work of the PDL-145T in the next two years. The objective is to fight against inequalities between cities and rural areas by stimulating development from grassroots communities.
This inspection visit demonstrates the Congolese government’s commitment to achieving its local development ambitions through the PDL-145T. By evaluating the progress of the works and ensuring their proper execution, the BCeCo and Jean Mabi ensure that the communities will fully benefit from the infrastructure and services provided under this program. Thanks to these efforts, the Democratic Republic of the Congo can hope to reduce disparities and promote balanced development throughout its territory
