Training in digital law and OHADA law: an opportunity to be seized by legal professionals and companies

News from Cabinet Ntetika SCP: Training sessions in digital law and OHADA law

Cabinet Ntetika SCP, a law firm specializing in law, is organizing three training sessions dedicated to digital law and OHADA law. These training courses are intended to strengthen the skills of legal professionals and companies in these rapidly expanding fields.

The first session, which will take place on August 3, 2023, will focus on digital law. With the entry into force of Ordinance-Law No. 23/010 of March 13, 2023 on the Digital Code, new legal obligations have emerged for companies. This session will address in particular digital activities and services as well as the protection of personal data, which have undergone major legislative changes.

The second session, scheduled for August 10, 2023, will be devoted to deciphering OHADA enforcement procedures. Issues relating to enforcement are crucial in legal litigation, and this session will deepen the mechanisms for implementing OHADA enforcement, with a focus on judicial practice in the Democratic Republic of Congo, which presides currently OHADA.

Finally, on August 18 and 23, 2023, a general public training will be organized at Boboto College. During this session, various topics will be discussed, such as the Ordinance-Law on the Digital Code, civil and criminal procedures in the digital age, cybercrime and OHADA enforcement procedures.

These courses are open to everyone, from businesses to students, including lawyers, magistrates, corporate lawyers and chartered accountants. They will provide a better understanding of the challenges of digital law and OHADA law, in a context where these areas are constantly evolving.
