Making your voice heard and representing your community is a laudable political goal. It is in this spirit that Professor Lubembo Mulamwa Kabeke Richard, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Minister of Health of Haut-Katanga, announces his candidacy for the national deputy in the electoral district of Pweto.
This decision is motivated both by the choice of his political party, the AFDC/A, chaired by Senator Bahati Lukwebo, and by the demand of the population of Pweto, who see in him a true son of the country. Professor Lubembo thus wishes to follow in the footsteps of the great figures who preceded, such as the late Honorable Augustin Katumba Mwanke and Patriarch Lukonde, father of the current Prime Minister of the DRC.
It is also worth highlighting the actions carried out by Professor Lubembo in favor of Pweto through his Foundation. It is distinguished in particular by its involvement in social assistance to the most vulnerable, the granting of scholarships in the field of health and the supply of inputs and pharmaceutical products.
Beyond his political commitment, Professor Lubembo is also an expert and consultant in Telecommunications. In this area, he pleads for the opening up of the territory of Pweto by the installation of Orange antennas in the various groups and sectors. In this regard, he announces that the project is already underway.
This candidacy has aroused real enthusiasm among socio-cultural associations, young people and members of the Pweto youth parliament. Professor Lubembo is confident about the realization of the aspirations of the population, and promises to remain active in the territory of Pweto thanks to the projects of his Foundation, the Folka Foundation.
In conclusion, the candidacy of Professor Lubembo Mulamwa Kabeke Richard for the national deputy in the electoral district of Pweto testifies to his commitment to his community and his desire to contribute actively to its development
