“Trans Academia: Public sector students denounce the lack of punctuality and the slowness of the transport service”

Public sector students subscribed to the “Trans Academia” transport company complain about non-compliance with timetables, the complexity of procedures and the slowness of this public service, which leads to delays in classes.

A recent article published on CONGOPROFOND.NET reports the frustrations expressed by students of the Mbudi-Ifasic, Mikondo-Ifasic, Matete-Isp and Pascal-Isp lines. According to these students, the transport company “Trans Academia” does not provide them with a good service.

An IFASIC finalist student, wishing to remain anonymous, shared his experience: “It is almost every day that I arrive late at the institute because of the lack of punctuality of the buses. I am often at hour in district 1, but I have to wait for the bus for often an hour.”

Another student living in the municipality of Matete also expresses his disappointment: “Personally, I am starting to regret. If Trans Academia does not improve, I will be forced to withdraw.”

The “Trans Academia” transport company was launched a few months ago in Kinshasa, and its mission is to provide transport for students from universities and public higher institutes. The students ask the company to increase the number of buses and improve the quality of service to avoid delays and allow subscribers to travel in good conditions.

It is important that the transport company “Trans Academia” take into account student feedback and put in place measures to improve the punctuality and efficiency of their services. Easy access to higher education institutions is crucial to ensuring students’ academic success and enabling them to achieve their educational goals.

In conclusion, it is essential that the officials of the Transport Company “Trans Academia” take seriously the concerns of the students and work to solve the problems encountered
